The perfect location, close to the cathedral, castle, and beach. Charming owner and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent amenities like beach towels and common fridge.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated right in the heart of the old town. You'll find yourself just a stone's throw away from all the pubs, cafes, and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and entertainment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel provides toilet articles for both men and women in the bathroom, which is a nice touch for guests who may have forgotten to pack their own.
There is some building work taking place nearby, causing noise disturbances in the morning.

Fairly clean and beautiful accom with prime location close enough to restaurants, the old town and the beach. There is plenty of GREAT food for breakfast. A nice touch is also the carbonated beverages in the downstairs bar.

We had a great experience at Pension Alicante San Nicolas. The room was clean and quiet, equipped with all the necessities like TV and free WiFi. Caroline, the owner, was very helpful and provided us with a map and tips on exploring the city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and close to everything. Despite a small bathroom and occasional street noise, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.

I had a fantastic time in this city centre hotel. The location couldn't be better - right behind the Cathedral and close to everything of interest. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided everything I needed. The transportation options were also convenient, with the central bus station nearby for easy access to Playa del San Juan or Benidorm. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving me useful tips and making me feel at home.
